When the rains come down hard it can be very devastating for buildings that have roof damage. This company had roof damage but it wasn't known until the water came though the wall and ruined the paint.

Saving the wall is our first choice but rain water going through the roof is considered contaminated water and needs to be removed. But we disinfected the whole bathroom and dried out the open cavity.
