Smoke Cleaning in Local Restaurant

After this restaurant had smoke damage they called SERVPRO of Highlands Ranch / NW Douglas County to come clean it up. The soot was easy to clean up because it was along the surface of all the tables chairs and flooring. The odor was more difficult, especially with all the porous brick inside the building. 

During a fire the building materials expand due to the heat and the older particles are able to permeate the brick. Therefore to clean the brick we needed to pressure wash it with hot soapy water. The place smelled great after we were done. It smelled even better once the grills were turned on again.
